As a courtesy, we contact your insurance company in advance of your appointment to learn of your benefits along with any deductible or co-pays that you are responsible to pay for at the time of your visit. To provide this information for you, please have your insurance card available when making your appointment request.

Care Credit Financing

Beartooth Vision Center accepts the CareCredit payment system. CareCredit is a 6 month interest free credit program that is commonly used in health care practices. Qualification is very quick and simple and can be done when you are in the office. Go to their web site at www.carecredit.com for more information.

40% Discount Program

Your purchase of a complete pair of frames and lenses or a year’s supply of contact lenses (with or without vision insurance) allows you 40% off the complete price of additional pairs of glasses of equal or lesser value if purchased within 2 months of your original exam date. This applies to most of the glasses we have, including prescription and non-prescription name brand sunglasses, frames and lenses, with limited exclusions.

Use this discount to purchase sunglasses, computer and office glasses, sports and recreational eyewear, extra pairs of glasses for a fashion change, or a backup set of frames and lenses.

There is no limit to the number of additional purchases, but all purchases must be for use by the individual patient.

Your vision insurance can be applied to the first pair of glasses, but this 40% discount program cannot be combined with any insurance, sales, or other discounts that would otherwise apply to an additional pair of glasses.
